To support our growth, Joris Ide is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to continue to drive our online performance, generate qualified leads and strengthen our digital presence across multiple markets.
You will own and execute digital marketing campaigns, optimize our acquisition channels and continuously improve performance. You will work closely with our communication and digital teams.
This role is ideal for a hands-on digital marketer who enjoys turning data into growth and testing new ideas.
Your responsibilities
Digital campaigns management
- Plan, execute and optimize digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEA, social media, email)
- Manage online acquisition and lead generation initiatives (B2B focus)
- Monitor campaign performance and continuously improve conversion rates
- Manage advertising budgets and campaign planning
Website & content management
- Manage and optimize corporate websites and landing pages
- Support SEO implementation and website performance improvements
- Enrich website content and product information through a PIM system
- Develop digital assets and microsites for campaigns
Social Media & brand visibility
- Manage campaigns and social media channels (paid)
- Support brand awareness and engagement initiatives
- Monitor online reputation and work on influence marketing actions
Performance & data
- Track KPIs and campaign results using analytics tools
- Build reports and dashboards to monitor performance
- Identify opportunities for improvement and growth
- Follow up CRM Project on improvements & working on future possible roll-out
Innovation
- Test new digital channels and marketing approaches
- Explore new tools and AI solutions to improve marketing efficiency
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners
Your profile
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, Digital communications or related field
- 2–8 years experience in digital marketing
- Experience managing SEO, paid campaigns and social media
- Experience with data analysis and performance optimization
- B2B experience is a plus
Technical skills
- Google Ads and Google Analytics
- SEO tools (Semrush or similar)
- Social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.)
- CMS and website management experience
- Strong Excel or reporting skills
- Basic HTML knowledge or curiosity to learn it
- A first experience with a Product Information System is a plus
- Marketing automation or CRM experience can be a helper
