We are looking for 1 Assistant to strengthen our Purchasing department.
Responsibilities:
- Support in executing purchases in accordance with senior guidelines, recording orders in the ERP programme;
- Support in requesting quotations, comparative tables and analyses;
- Collaborate with the warehouse in receiving and physically checking goods;
- Perform administrative management of order notes and invoices, ensuring their compliance;
- Ensure the digital archiving of all documents related to the purchasing process.
Profile:
- Degree in Management, Economics or Accounting;
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel) tools and experience in ERP systems;
- Knowledge of English and Spanish (spoken and written);
- Good communication and organisational skills;
- Analytical and planning skills;
- Team spirit and versatility;
