As a Digital Functional Analyst, you will help identify opportunities, build digital solutions and grow our digital platforms.
This role requires excellent analytical, organizational and communication skills, as you will be working with a team where large amounts of data need to be interpreted. You will work closely with the Team Lead Digital.
What you do
- Collaborate with business, marketing and IT-teams to identify and formalize their needs and translate them into clear and precise functional specifications
- You work closely with software engineers during the building of the system. You set up test scenarios and ensure a smooth implementation by guiding key users.
- Write detailed functional and technical specifications. Maintain up-to-date documentation on the analyzed systems and processes
- Validate solutions before going live to ensure they meet business expectations
- Contribute to the roadmap and backlog for all digital products
- Direction/Improve KPI reports in collaboration with the BI team
Who you are
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business IT & Management, Business Informatics, Digital/Functional business analyst, Engineering or similar by experience
- Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience as a Functional Analyst or in a similar role
- You are fluent in English and/or Dutch
Skills
- Knowledge of SAP Commerce, SAP S4, MDM and PIM is a plus
- Knowledge of CX, Google Analytics, GTM and e-commerce technologies
- Draw up the functional specifications (scope, specifications and deadlines)
- Analyze the functional needs of the customer or user
- Propose, evaluate configurations or architecture and propose choices adapted to functional needs
- Define and apply standards, norms, methods, tools and procedures for reliability, research or IT production (quality, security, etc.)
- Analyze technical and functional problems
