Responsible to the Insulated panel manager for the panel line(s) under his supervision
of the timely production of the panel production schedule, to the expected quality standards while optimizing the line KPI’s.
Specific responsibilities on results and quality
- Report daily in the engineering/production review meeting on the panel production KPI’s.
- Initiate all actions to improve output, scrap, utilization, uptime and speed.
- Ensure the panel production Standard Operating Procedures are adhered to.
- Ensure all panel line QC checks are carried out as instructed.
- Analyse manufacturing claims and participate weekly in the quality meeting.
- Support and assist on product trials on the line.
- Responsible for the housekeeping.
Specific administrative responsibilities
- Ensure at all times correct data and input for the KPI’s: check reject registration, correct standstill registration where needed.
- Check and fix pack labels, pack quantities and locations for MTS, MTO and 2nd choice.
- Ensure consumption of coil, chemical and consumables is according to the BOM and settings.
- Check and correct stock levels on the panel line work centre.
Specific HR responsibilities
- Minimise panel employee absence.
- Deliver regular briefings to the panel employees; feedback on quality, claims and KPI’s.
- Train, support and develop the panel shift supervisors.
- Ensure the panel line employees are trained and new staff is safely integrated in their team.
- Responsible for safety behaviour and safety results for the panel employees.

- You possess the necessary social skills, leadership qualities, and assertiveness to manage people. You are highly independent and have a strong sense of responsibility
